  Episode Notes
Not only does Ilse von Glatz return after a two episode hiatus in this episode, but her rank as an Advocate has been promoted from #2 to #1. Because there appears to be no hierarchy within the Advocacy, this seems to have been done for the sake of Glatz, most likely a nod to her duties as being the longest running actor in the collective role.

The map Norton displays in his presentation shows there to be 10 known alien dumpsites in the United States. It is not known whether any of these include the sites that were available on the list found in "The Second Seal".

  Episode Quotes
(watching television)
Advocate #3: Why do I like looking at this?
Advocate #2: I do not know, but I like it too.

Ironhorse: I highly recommend that we call this whole thing off. It's just gotten too risky.
Harrison: We have a global alien problem. Remember? That's what's too risky.

Jerry Raymond: We've won.
Harrison: This time, yes, but tomorrow... Tomorrow is another day.

  Episode Goofs
When discussing the ability to detect an alien, there is no mention of radiation. A Geiger counter would help to prove if there was at least an alien among them. Additionally, the radiation produces sores that have developed on host bodies after a period of time, which would be another measure to narrow down the suspects. For some reason, neither of these methods, which have been employed in the past, are referred to here.

  Episode References
This episode is what might be considered a clip show, incorporating scenes from previous episodes, framed in a story setting. In addition to footage from the 1953 film The War of the Worlds, clips are shown from the episodes "The Resurrection", "Thy Kingdom Come", "A Multitude of Idols", "Eye for an Eye", "The Second Seal", "Goliath Is My Name", "To Heal the Leper", "The Good Samaritan", "Dust to Dust", "He Feedeth Among the Lillies", "The Prodigal Son", and "The Meek Shall Inherit".

Harrison's comment about losing a member of their team is a reference to the killing of Kensington in "Among the Philistines".
