Warehouse 13

Take a working concept and add some new ideas and a solid cast, shake it and you get SyFy's new show Warehouse 13.

Here we have Mulder and Skully all over again. She is a by the book stuck up b**** and he is the anything goes let's have fun type of guy. Nothing wrong with this pairing in general, the twist we get here is that there is a sexual tension between them that makes it a bit more interesting. Or maybe he just wants to get into her pants like i would. Anyway, it does not hurt the interaction at all and opens some doors for amusing situations.

The overall story is right what every conspiracy loving nerd is dreaming of. A huge (that's and understatement) warehouse full of strange objects that all have weird "powers". Anything important that ever happened in history, you can be sure that there is also an artifact going with it. Anything even remotely significant that happened and you find an artifact connected to it.

One thing is for sure, the writers will have no problem coming up with stories.

The acting is good although it seems to have it's ups and downs from episode to episode. The scripts are OK for this type of show. The writers seem to have fun with it and it certainly is never boring. The series lacks a grand scheme or main thread. Similar to the x-files it's there and hinted at but never really explored seriously (or not yet). If you ask me, it is not needed anyway.

Overall it is a fun to watch Series if you are into the supernatural mixed with a little bit of conspiracy thing.

Special mention: Allison Scagliotti, because she is a really hot and funny actress.
