	Peter Scottson, played by Martin Donovan (2) Peter is a CIA agent who was dating Nancy. Nancy however didn't realize is profession until she slept over one night and had to keep her secret a secret. However, Peter eventually found out but because he really liked Nancy he decided to help her out. He busted all the drug houses except hers. The two decided to get married this way If he was ever brought to court he wouldn't have to say anything. Unfortunatly Peter started to get violent and Nancy coudln't handle him anymore and they broke up. Because of the breakup Peter demanded money and for her to shut down her "business". That was not an option for Nancy at the time, and Peter was exterminated. Peters just turned up in the river and his partner has been looking for him.
