A Shoe for a Shoe - Recap

The scene opens with Andy trying to explain to the Child Protective Service about his relationship that he has with the baby and Nancy is in the bathroom talking to Cesar about the fact that he has Shane. Andy tells that he didn’t pee on the baby, but tells that their pee crossed streams. They are disgusted, but he tells that they are raising Stevie in a good environment. Latrice wants to get into the bathroom to yell at Nancy and she drags her into the bathroom with her by the neck and tells that she is too loud. Ceaser tells that they are going to make the switch. Stevie for Shane. In Ceaser’s car, Doug wants to know why Nancy and them moved to Seattle and Shane tells for better schools. Ignacio talks about his time with Shane and how they beat up people. Back at the hotel, Nancy walks up to the door with Andy and Silas walks up and asks who the group are. Silas knows sign language and insults the lady. They tells that they need to bring the baby and the baby’s father with them. They leave and Andy asks where Shane is. Nany tells that Ceaser has them.

In the car, Nancy calls Estavan and leaves a message. Andy starts messing with the radio and window wipers. Nancy gets a little irritated with leaving the message to Estavan and tells that she is sorry for not contacting him sooner. Andy is putting mascara on and tells that it is war paint. Nancy tells that she is going in alone to make the trade. Nancy walks up to where she is supposed to make the trade. Ceaser is there and he tells for Nancy to put Stevie on the ground. She slowly puts the bundle on the ground and then reveals that she has a crossbow and not Stevie and shoots Ceaser in the leg with the arrow. Meanwhile at the restaurant, Silas wants to know where Nancy is and Andy tells that they should do what they are told and tells that Nancy is a Lone Wolf and then decide that they will help, but they have to do it on a full stomach. He orders coffee. At the same restaurant, Ignacio, Doug, and Shane are waiting for Ceaser to get back.

Back in the warehouse, Nancy is trying to call Shane’s phone and finds out that Ceaser has it. She takes it from him and his phone as well. Nancy sees that Ceaser has something in his hand. It is a quarter for the abandoned ski-ball machine. She laughs and he tells that he has a mean fast ball. She calls Estavan on Ceaser’s phone, but he hangs up. Back at the restaurant, Andy is still waiting for his French Toast and gets up to see what is going on. He sees Ignacio, Shane, and Doug there. At the warehouse, Nancy calls Ceaser’s wife who is with in the middle of cooking. Nancy tells that Ceaser has kidnapped her son and that he is not being good. She asks to speak to him. He gets off the phone and tells that she told him to kill her and get home. At the restaurant again, Shane is daring Ignacio to put things on his breakfast and Ignacio puts a lot of hot sauce and other things to beat him. Andy feels that it is his time to get Shane back and walks up to Ignacio and attempts to punch him in the face, but Ignacio winces only slightly. Ignacio tells them to sit down.

With Nancy and Ceaser, Ignacio calls and Nancy tells Ceaser to be nice and she will call him an ambulance. Ceaser answers the phone and Ignacio tells that he has the entire family with him and tells him to pick him up. Nancy goes to the restaurant and Ignacio is surprised to see her alive. She sits down and he asks where Ceaser is. She tells that he is in the hospital and tells that he should go see him if he is going to be able to see him at all. Ignacio makes a grab for the baby and Nancy tells that she has a gun aimed at his private parts. Ignacio tells that he has a gun aimed at her private parts. They exchange looks and Shane tells that she is not going to have to shoot anyone because he will. Ignacio takes to Shane’s threat and they say goodbye out front. Ignatio drives off in Kimmy’s car and Silas calls her and says that the car was stolen and that they should see other people. Nancy calls Estavan up again and tells that he shouldn’t mess with a mother lion and hurt her cubs. She tells that she is taking Stevie and that it is her son and not his. In the car, the gang is there. They drive off away to escape to another state and Shane says something in Spanish and Nancy tells that there is to be no more spanish. Nancy is happy and the episode ends.
