4x16: In the Wind recap: The episode begins with Neal and Sam discussing about the box while looking at the Empire State Building. The two have a heart-to-heart and Neal recollects moments from his childhood and Sam then tells Neal that he wants the box so badly because he wants to know who Sam really is. That would then help him figure who he really is too. Amanda comes into Peter’s office and tells him that she had a chat with Pratt and he told her everything. She also knows about the box Neal and his father are looking for and tells Peter to find the box before anyone else so they can find out, who between Sam and Pratt, is telling the truth... read more.

4x15: The Original recap: The episode begins and Neal and Mozzie are outside the Empire State Building. Mozzie is keeping a close watch on things disguised as an ice-cream man. Peter arrives and tells them he knows what they are doing there. He reveals Elizabeth told him everything. He says that he knows Elizabeth asked them to keep him out of the loop. Later at the office, they meet their new boss Amanda Callaway. She gives the whole team a speech and personally introduces herself to Neal and Peter. She gives Neal and Peter their next assignment which is an art forgery case. Neal isn’t getting the right vibes from Callaway and feels she might be working for Senator Pratt... read more.

4x14: Shoot The Moon recap: The episode begins and apparently Peter has planned a vacation for him and Elizabeth and it’s a surprise. Before Peter can meet Neal and bid him goodbye, Jones pays him a visit. He it turns out has brought information regarding Ellen’s tax returns. Peter discovers that the documents at hand reveal a connection to the Empire State Building. It is the Empire State Building to which both Peter and Neal were led, by Ellen’s key earlier. Peter on his part can’t really imagine what the connection could be, because the building is really huge. He feels Neal should find out what exactly it is that is hidden in the building. 4x13: Empire City recap: The episode begins by dispensing with the business of the skyline key. No one knows what it maps to and no one seems to be able to figure it out. Neal on his part doesn’t want Peter involved in it, and Peter theorizes that Neal may be using it as part of a heist or a scam, which is why he is keeping things from him. But it doesn’t matter for long because Mozzie is about to bring Peter a case, from the looks of it. Turns out, someone is selling counterfeit taxi medallions in New York. Apparently, Mozzie has legally bought and paid for a taxi medallion. He’s using it to prod his fares for tips about possible places to loot. But it turns out, someone is illegally using Mozzie’s medallion number, and he’s not happy about it... read more.

4x12: Brass Tacks recap: The episode begins with word that a U.S. Senator named Terrance Pratt is the reason Flynn was moved and subsequently killed. Pratt it is revealed was on the police force in D.C. the same time as Neal's father. As it turns out, Pratt will be in New York this week and Peter plans to invite him to talk about the Flynns and get some relevant information out of him. Neal and Peter open up Ellen's file from the Marshals. Inside they find a strange key and Neal suggests they let Mozzie have a crack at it, as he can probably find out its relevance.
