The contestants are given a test of courage by a supervillain called Bee Sting and receive a makeover by Stan.

Dr. Dark makes the heroes work in pairs to ride a roller coaster and run around finding coloured poles in order to capture him.

The heroes must intercept a package but they cannot do it in their costumes so they must persuade people to lend them their clothes to form a disguise and protect their identities.

The Heroes are put to the test when they are challenged mentally rather than physically. First, they’ll have to face their greatest fears, but they soon learn that they’ll also have to overcome having their greatest secrets revealed to the general public.
