Stan gives the three remaining contestants their toughest challenge yet - to inspire kids. Before each of them gives their speech about their characters, Feedback, Fat Momma and Major Victory comic book covers are unveiled. Feedback talks about his character and powers but his story seems to be going over the kids' heads. One asks if he just made it all up or if he's just nuts. Fat Momma gets the kids to clap their hands and sing her song. Fat Momma, Fat Momma, I'm here to save the day. Fat Momma, Fat Momma, I'll take your food away! So don't eat those chips and ice-cream now cause I'll take them from you so you don't look like a cow! Fat Momma, Fat Momma, don't try and take my donuts away! Fat Momma tells the kids not to tease others and be happy with themselves. Major Victory gets the kids to stand up and shake about before telling them to sit down. He reveals what his powers are and demonstrates his ability to manipulate sound with his voice. Stan tells the kids to stand behind the superhero that they like the best and the winner is Fat Momma. Feedback and Major Victory have to write lines on the blackboard as Dark Enforcer watches.
The next task involves tracking down the Dark Enforcer using cryptic clues by Stan. Whoever finds him first in the most superhero-like fashion wins. The first clue is to find a woman with an ankle tattoo who has a message above her high heels. The next clue informs the superheroes to take the lotion from the woman and follow the directions on the label. The directions lead to a guy over 200 with a diamond in his ear. Rub the lotion on his belly and the next clue will appear. After rubbing the man's belly, the clue states she has thirty three fifty in a fancy purse and has short hair. Once the money's been counted, another clue states he can be found around a big round ball. Major Victory finds the Dark Enforcer after 15 minutes 25 seconds. Feedback is second on 15 minutes 40 seconds after wasting time trying to pick up a penny with his gloves on. Lastly, Fat Momma makes it with a candy apple in hand.
Feedback talks about how he used to do scavenger hunts back at college and Fat Momma says if someone wants something that bad [to win the show], she'd prefer to see him have it. She locks herself in the bathroom and refuses to come out unless she can talk to one of the executive producers. She tells Scott Satin that Feedback wants to win so bad that she doesn't want to see him hurt. Fat Momma wants to be taken off the show. Scott leaves Fat Momma to talk it through with Feedback and Major Victory who all decide to see this through and allow Stan to do the next elimination.
On the rooftop, Feedback, Major Victory and Fat Momma are asked to step forward onto the red cubes. Stan is happy with Fat Momma's message to the kids and she won the vote however he was disappointed with her performance in searching for the Dark Enforcer as she took 40 minutes longer than the others. Major Victory got plenty of laughs from the kids but he failed to give the background on his character like Feedback did or a message to live by like Fat Momma. Feedback did a good job at the school but what he said went over their heads. During the hunt for the Dark Enforcer, he would've won had it not been for that dropped penny. But that's what superheroes do, they give up the win to help another person. Stan is pleased with Feedback who conducted himself in a superhero-like fashion during this challenge. Stan tells Major Victory he's been using his humour every step of the way and although he's kept everyone laughing, he's almost become a parody of a superhero and that's not exactly what Stan's looking for. He thinks he needs someone who is going to take this more seriously and regretfully asks him to turn in his costume. As Major Victory hugs Fat Momma, Feedback is in shock and tries to have a word with Stan as if to give up his own place for Major Victory: "Sir..." Major Victory tells Feedback to shut up and not to do that - he's not the shot caller here. Major Victory says his goodbyes and turns in his costume before walking off. However, Stan calls him back: "Just a minute, Chris!" He talks about Major Victory's goal of coming on the show to prove to his estranged daughter that he's a hero. Well, mission accomplished. Stan tells Major Victory to look behind the cube he normally stands on - there's a phone there. And someone is on the phone who would like to speak to him. It's his daughter. Major Victory has a tearful conversation with her that has Stan in tears also. Before he leaves, he asks if he can keep the phone, it's a good one!
