The Neighbors family consists of a self described super mom, Jessica, her husband Alan and their 2 children. Depite being 9 and 11, mom still buckles her children in booster seats while driving. The parents go to their school each day to check on their desks and meet the teachers. The kids have a rigid routine of gymnastics, soccer, music lessons and chores. Meanwhile in Ohio, the Brown's live a chaotic life which includes yo-yos, rock music and taking life as it comes. Their kids are allowed to jump on the furniture.
