After Grace impulsively accepts a marriage proposal from Leo, there seem to be a million roadblocks between her and an actual wedding, not the least of which is her best friend Will's unease about the whole idea. Grace's pals, especially Will, are hurt that they weren't invited, but all seems forgiven when everyone--including Grace's outspoken mom and the subdued Mrs. Markus--gather days later for a swank reception. It should be a festive bash, but the emergence of unsettling details about Leo, and about the park nuptials, give Grace reason to wonder whether she has made a mistake.

Episode Quotes

Jack: Um, look, Leo, I know you're new here, and, um, we don't want you to think we're really cliquey and don't let anyone in our little group, but, um, well, we're really cliquey and we don't want anyone in our little group.
Karen: So, if you want to break into the fag four, this symbol of gay oppression has got to go.

Grace: We have been up here before, remember?
Will: No, that building was across the street from that juice store.
Grace: Paradise Juice. See right where that parking lot is.
Will: They paved paradise and put up a parking lot.

Episode Goofs

When Jack taps the glasses with a spoon and breaks two, he puts both of them on the top of the piano. When he goes to do his toast and says "Hi" there is only one and when he says "and who better to start things off" there are no broken glasses. Then when he says "it pains me to admit it" one reappears. Two are there when Karen takes the stage. Jack re-takes the mic and Will makes his speech there is one again. There are two when Will says "ssssoooo" after Rob jumps up and announces he isn't gay. When Leo takes the stage the whole mess seems to have gone or shifted to the right.

Near the end of the first scene in the park, Jack throws a beautiful, spiraling pass. Unfortunately for right-handed Jack, the football is spinning in the wrong direction for him to have thrown it.
