Will: Wow, a gay Western bar. Where's the mechanical bulldyke?
Jack: Over there. No man has ever stayed on her.
(Talking to Beverly and Benji)
Jack: Well, look how cute you two are. A black stalion and My Little Pony.
Pam: Grace, you seem uncomfortable around me. Is it because I'm Middle-Eastern?
Grace: No Pam, no. I'm not uncomfortable at all. I'm happy that I'm able to give you this opportunity. And I believe that despite our different backgrounds, that we can work together and help make a more tolerant world. Excuse me. (Heads for the door)
Pam: What a beautiful sediment. I made a similar speech at my bar mitzvah.
Grace: (Walks back in) ...Bar mitzvah? You're Jewish?
Pam: Like brisket.
Grace: Jewish?! I can't believe this! This is great, this is wonderful!
Pam: Okay, why?
Grace: Because we're both Jewish! I don't have to be tolerant of my own kind, I don't owe you anything!
Pam: What's your point?
Grace: You're Fired! See you at temple!
Beverly: It's amazing. My first time in a gay bar, and I see my first gay bar fight.
WIll: Your first time? You rang the triangle!
Beverly: Well I better scadadle. Oh, by the way, I heard what that man said about Jack and you are a true gentleman. If anyone called my friend an idiot, I hope I'd be as brave as you.
Will: Thank you Beverly.
Beverly: How about a gentlemen's kiss?
Will: I'm not that brave.
Take a good look at Pam's license. It doesn't look like a license used in the state of New York.
Will: ...you got to bed Courteney Cox, and you wake up Courtney Love.
Obvious quick references to actress Courteney Cox and singer/actress Courtney Love.
Grace: Or "Bye Bye Miss Iranian Pie."
A funny reference to the 70's song "American Pie" by Don McLean.
Karen: ...You look a little like Omar Sharif.
A quick reference to Egyptian born actor Omar Sharif.
Karen: To quote Samuel Jackson in almost any movie... "I got a bad feeling about this."
A quick reference to Samuel L. Jackson, and how many of his films tend to quote the same line. Karen later makes frun of Morgan Freeman using the not-so-used line "You should have listened to me, white girl."
The entire idea (and many of the jokes) about gay cowboys and the bar are in reference to the film "Brokeback Mountain."
Karen: Hey! Princess Jasmine! Showtime.
A funny reference to the Disney animated film "Alladin."
Will: You're in a league of your own!
Jack: I lived that movie.
A quick reference and a few jokes made at the 1992 film "A League Of Their Own."
