	Jerry Russo, played by David DeLuise Jerry Russo is the father and teacher of Alex, Justin, and Max. He is very strict about magic. Jerry Russo lost his powers when him and his brother took the test to see who would keep their powers. Only one person in a Wizard Family can keep their powers. Jerry actually got a better grade than his brother ,but wizards can't marry non-wizards. So Jerry gave up his powers so he could marry Theresa.
