When Jerry’s fun loving wizard brother pays a visit, Alex vies to have him become her wizard trainer in lieu of her by the book dad. But after one too many magical mishaps, Alex learns to appreciate her dad’s wizardry expertise and ultimately, the kids discover that their father actually gave up his powers in order to marry their non magical mother.

The title is an obvious parody of the American comedy series "Malcolm in the Middle", that premiered on January 9, 2000 and ended on May 14, 2006, and was critically acclaimed with 9 Emmy Awards, 7 Golden Globes, 1 Grammy and 1 Peabody Award.
