When Gabrielle, Joxer, and Xena are awakened by a monk who has a message for Xena from her mentor, Lao Ma, Xena returns to Chin to recover Lao Ma's book of power; and in order to retain the book, Xena must go up against one of Lao Ma's twin daughters.
