Christine asks Jimmy to get a vasectomy. Jimmy does not want to get one, but due to Christine's alternative, he decides to have the procedure done. Jimmy is terrified after he discovers what is going to happen, but Christine gets him to go through it again. Then, Jimmy decides not to go through with it when he sees Christine play with a little girl in the lobby.
