Using everything they've learned, the final three restaurateurs pull out all the stops when they create mini-restaurants for their soft opening. After working with architects, hiring a staff and creating their menus the three finalists must open their mini-restaurants to the investors and a crowd of diners. Investors Bobby Flay, Steve Ells, Lorena Garcia and Curtis Stone get in the kitchen beforehand to offer advice and cook with the remaining restaurateurs. In the end, one finalist is revealed to be the winner and their restaurant concept comes to life with the opening of a restaurant chain in three locations -- Hollywood, Minneapolis and New York City.
