Buzz Lightyear of Star Command

Buzz Lightyear of Star Command

"To Infinity and Beyond!"
In the spin-off to Toy Story, Buzz Lightyear of Star Command follows the action-packed adventures of Buzz Lightyear and his partners as he battles the evil Zurg, and many other villainous characters, to make them see justice. Buzz's partners include Mira Nova, the Tamaranian princess who can move through walls, and read minds (the powers of all Tamaranians), XR (eXperimental Ranger) a robot ranger who can store things in chest compartment, and has numerous weapons. Buzz's last partner, former Star Command janitor, Booster is from the farm planet Jo-ad, and is very husky. The four of them all work for Star Command, a police of the sky-type organization. With these four Star Command members working together, evil doesn't stand a chance. Buzz Lightyear of Star Command lasted two seasons with a total of 62 episodes. It featured the voice talents of Mad TV's Nancy Sullivan, Seinfeld's Patrick Warburton, and more. It was fairly popular, but ultimately cancelled. Reruns currently air on Toon Disney at various timeslots. This series also airs on Disney Channel (in USA) at 12:30 pm.
