The new Justice is once again in the middle of the storm when a 16-year-old girl wants an abortion against her parent's wishes. A lower court has granted the girl permission and the Supreme Court must now consider the issue of parents rights. Justice Novelli tries to keep the case focused and not let it escalate into a broader abortion issue.
