What make/brand/whatever is it?

Sorry it took me so long to respond. If I could figure out how to get a picture on here, I'd show you. It has a gold band and 3 types of flowers - purple & yellow pansies, pink roses, and a blue & white flower I can't identify. The saucer has 12 flowers on it. Sorry I don't know the name of the pattern, but the company seems to be Crown Staffordshire.

I bought 2 Christmas Trees yesterday. I put one up last night, and the other is in water on my balcony. When this one dies, I'll bring in the outside one. This way I can have a tree up for 6 weeks!

I bought a laptp today. I shouldn't have, but it was on sale. And I need to take my desktop in to be fixed (a blue screen error every couple of days, sometimes twice in a day) and I just couldn't bear to be without a computer for however long it takes to fix it.

Maybe I have to take a look at that one then, been hearing some good things about it, but I am always doubtful when it comes to Swedish movies, most suck

Whenever possible, I certainly recommend watching the movie before you read the book. The book is basically necessarily better than the movie. If you watch the movie first, then the book is a pleasant expansion of the book. If you read the book first, then the movie wall almost always be lacking. At least that's what I think.

Watched it, loved it. I had the English dubs on though, so I imagine the original audio track with subtitles will be even better. Also, they're making an American version of it. Hopefully they take could care of it.

The lone exception I can think of is Requiem for a Dream. I really think the movie actually packs a more powerful emotional punch than the book does.
