At least she made some attempts to get clean when she did a few stints in rehab.

That she did, wish the rehab had taken better, 48 is way to young to die.

Who's next to follow this sad path? My bet is Lindsay Lohan.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's her either. Unfortunately, she's doing a good job of making a train wreck of her life, at least according to the entertainment shows and tabloids.

Nah, Lindsay is actually doing pretty well on her recovery now, and I think she's on the right track.

Demi Lovato seems to be following in Lindsay's footsteps though. Turns out she's back in rehab. And everyone thought Miley was going to be the troubled one.

Yeah it is because Demi Lovato's "comeback" wasn't perceived as great as she had hoped and her song "Skyscraper" was sung better when it was covered by other artists. Sad that people have to get press for going in and out of rehab.

I'm sick and tired of hearing about Whitney Houston.

Glad I'm not the only one feeling that way. It's too bad that she died, but come on if she was a "regular" person like you or I, half the world wouldn't be caring right about now - just our families and friends.

Her insistence on "oversinging" has inspired a whole generation of followers to put their own personal style on songs that basically, suck. Just watch any episode of American Idol or the other Idol-clones to witness her unfortunate legacy.

Just once I want to read a news article that says that Whitney Houston was a drug-addict that had no career anymore so it is not a loss that she died. But of course the website that does this would be shut-down.

Thanks for the FYI, I learned something new today, now if I can just remember it.

Ugh, I love when I break national Canadian news, and then OTHER NEWS SITE steals and doesn't credit TVRage as the source.

Unknown heart problems maybe, or cancer, but why the secrecy?
