Now that SOPA and PIPA are out of Congress, guess what those little jacka**** in the Government did now! ACTA (Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement) is the "European SOPA" and guess what?! They signed it!

What is ACTA?

a plurilateral agreement for the purpose of establishing international standards for intellectual property rights enforcement. The agreement aims to establish an international legal framework for targeting counterfeit goods, generic medicines and copyright infringement on the Internet, and would create a new governing body outside existing forums, such as the World Trade Organization, the World Intellectual Property Organization, or the United Nations

(according Wikipedia)

What do you all think about this?

Just realized that I put a double answer on the poll question. Just answer if you support ACTA or not.

Yeah it is pretty f-ed up for sure. There was a protest in Poland for it. Of course I find out after the fact. But then again, there was no way in hell that I would stand outside in 10 degree weather!

Yeah, I saw that as well. I guess that it's a good thing that I rarely go onto Twitter anymore.
