Has anyone else seen this gem of a movie? It's seriously one of the best movies ever. Before seeing it I thought it was gonna be another typical horror movie but the twists and the characters totally made this movie one of the best of 2012. Marty (Fran Kranz) stole this movie. imo

I was rather surprised by the film. At first I thought it was the typical cliché horror movie but after a couple people whom I believe when it comes to movie suggestions said it was good, I rented it.

I thought the same thing and I'm sure everyone else did too. I would suggest this movie to anyone with a working brain to understand it.

I'm a fan now. I did some research on this movie and found out it was filmed in 2009. O_o

IDK Why they took three years to release.

As with most things, money. MGM had trouble funding it until they eventually sold the rights to Lionsgate.
