I love that movie so much. He just created this entire alien world that was so cool and detailed. Not to mention the story is not terribly complicated but still compelling.

Oh I totally agree ... it is one of the best "childrens" movies ever made and I hope the younger generation picks up on it. It might not be CG, but the artistry that went in to the puppets and the entire world the movie was set it still is simply amazing.

Best love story: 1970's "Love Story"

Best war movie: 1970's "Patton" and 1998's 'Saving Private Ryan."

My best watch over and over movie: 2001's "Saving Silverman" and "Fargo" and 1980's "Airplane."

Best underrated movies: 2005's "The Big White" and 1996's "Head Above Water."

Best religious scary movies: 1968's "Rosemary's Baby" and 1973's "The Exorcist."

Best bad ass movie couple: 1967's "Bonnie and Clyde"

Best ocean movie: 1975's "Jaws." and 2006's "Open Water 2 - Adrift."

Oh yeah, more best love story movies: 2002's "Secretary" and 1982's "Night Shift." Also the little known scifi love story of 1968's "Barbarella."
