For me it would have to be PlayStaion Portable.
|The system was released in Japan on December 12, 2004, and in North America on March 24, 2005, and in the PAL region on September 1, 2005.|
It was the first portable system that not only provided gamers with great games but also provide great media experience from Music, Movies to surfing the web.
And with the first homebrew release of 'Hello World' on the portable, it quickly opened doors to more homebrew games and Emulators. Becoming many gamers favorite OLD SCHOOL gaming system.
Not only are most of the emulators running well on the portable, many also bring new features and playing old portable games like Game boy and Game boy Advance on the bigger screen makes them all the more fun.
And now with the soon to be released PlayStation Vita.
If the system will also be able to run homebrew in time it will open new doors for more better emulators and much more possibilities.
With the Touch screen homebrew on the PSVita can have amazing results and can even rival those of the iPhone/iTouch games and applications.
