Looks like Kiefer Sutherland's been arrested, though it wouldn't be the first time.

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Kiefer Sutherland, who stars on the hit TV thriller "24" as a secret agent with nerves of steel, was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving on Tuesday, hours before he was due to be honored by a Canadian actors' union.

The arrest comes as the Canadian performer, 40, the son of actor Donald Sutherland, remains on probation for driving under the influence in a previous case that landed him in a court-ordered treatment program for alcohol abuse.

Los Angeles police said they stopped Sutherland's car near the boundaries of Beverly Hills and West Hollywood shortly after 1 a.m. after he was seen making an illegal U-turn.

I heard on the news that he could be looking at some jail time. Plus, he's going up against the same judge that sentenced Paris to 45 days in jail, so things aren't looking to good for him.

It'd be pretty ironic if he was sentenced to 24 days in jail.

That would be one more day than Paris Hilton got.

He was arranging to spend his time in jail over Christmas and New Years so that the 24 schedule won't be interfered with.

I don't care what happens to him, he just better not screw up 24.

Ok, you caught me, I do care because I think he's hott.

I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of 24 fans are thinking the same thing.

Heard he got real tired of those boloni sandwiches. Too bad. He has such a high position in 24 and shouldn't have been drinking and driving. These guys make enough money to keep their reputataions, and this wasn't the first DUI. Shame on you Kiefer. You served your time. I not a big fan of yours, but I usually watch whatever you star in and enjoy it very much.
