Actor Heath Ledger has been reportedly found dead in a Manhattan, New York apartment today. He was found by his masseuse who entered his home and found him unconscious. Heath was scheduled to play The Joker in an upcoming Batman film. Details to follow....

That sucks. He was one of the few actors I liked.

I know it's silly, but I thought "A Knights Tale" rocked. And, of course, "Brokeback" was brilliant.

This was a big shocker to me... was it because of drugs?

War is God's way of teaching Americans geography.

Wow. I saw this on CNN and couldn't believe it. Right now they think it was some sort of sleeping pill overdose, I think, but that'll probably change.

I agree, Brokeback and Knight's Tale were both great. And I loved him in 10 Things I Hate About You.

I saw the headline on Movies.com, I though it was a clever play on words mabey about a movie roll but I was stunned to see I was wrong. I know this sounds shallow but I hope that The Dark Knight role was complete.

They say he was haunted by the role of the Joker he just finished, causing him to take Ambien, a form of sleeping pill.

Life is a tragedy for those who feel and a comedy for those who think.

I loved Ten Things I Hate About You. This just doesn't seem real.

Haven't seen many movies of his, but I thought he was a good actor from what I saw. Talk about shocking news.

Did anyone ever hear of him abusing drugs or being a bad person?

I didn't.

I suppose that's why I'm still in shock. It sucks when decent people die... I know lots of anonymous good people die all the time (like several family members).

Like when Chris Farley died, I couldn't care less... you abuse drugs and well, too bad for you.

I heard something about anxiety but thats all. It just seems odd. You're right, some people you just expect to go early. Others, like John Ritter and Heath Ledger are a complete shock.

It only took one day for the "news" to dig up crap about Heath's life. Now suddenly he was a partier who liked to drink and do drugs...may have had a rolled up 20 dollar bill which is being checked for drugs by authorities and was depressed over his break up. He also dated Lindsay Lohan during her rehab stints and they found an eerie pick of him with his head in a noose from an upcoming film.
