k now that it works with sebastian i know the source of the problem, will be fixed by tomorrow.

Now, just to check you are doing it correct (one never knows)
You go to My Episode History click on Manage to update a show, check the checkboxes for the episodes you have seen, and then press Update the Episode Status.

Thats when it just reloads without having saved any data?
