I cant believe Michael Phleps came only 4th in the 400IM at the Olympics. Well done to Ryan Loche though!

Apparently he seems to have found his stride with his win in the 200IM today.

Just read in a magazine that the "gold" medals of the Olympics are only a little over 1% gold. The last time solid gold medals were given was at the 1912 Stockholm games. Shame shame shame.

Yeah you would think after all the effort to win one they would at least really be gold!
