Good luck on Peterson playing full half part of a season. He is damaged goods. He only played one full season in college. Although no RBs seem to be ironmen anymore, except LT in SD.

Um.. he looked pretty healed to me, judging from the way he spun around players and then ran them over.

If he's available in the middle draft rounds of my fantasy football league, I'll be taking him.

His durability is much less of a concern in that regard than sharing time with CTaylor.

Its just my opinion, but I can't understand why a team would take him on such a high pick knowing he will have a rash of injuries. A collar bone break three times in two years is pretty suspect to me. I am glad he was gone before Buffalo picked since they went RB too in Marshawn Lynch. I'd rather have him being more of a LT styled player. Speed, great cut and can catch from the backfield.

People thought Al Gore would never make it in the NFL because of his knee... now he is doing pretty well...

ESPN has announced that Michael Vick is going to plead guilty to felony conspiracy charges. Next stop, prison. Don't get bit by some rabid dog while behind bars.

Denver's top two RBs sustained minor injuries. Their top DE torn his achilles tendon.

Did anyone see the NY Giants game? They got all fvcked up: torn achilles, concussion, dislocated elbow and other injuries.

EDIT: Ya know what, if injuries concern a coach, don't play that player. More people should follow SD who's not playing LT for even one down.

It's bizarre when you read the history of an old player in the NFL and see that they were suspended one season for gambling or missed time do to military duty, whereas now we have careers disrupted for felony animal cruelty, drugs and murder. Kind of shows a decline in the moral fiber of the American society when you compare the two eras.

I'm gonna take exception to that.

For one thing, back then, drunk driving and animal cruelty were legal, or at least, not illegal. So I think the moral fiber has improved as we tolerate less bullsh!t these days.

They did surprisingly well considering that NO is a playoff contender. NO looked as if they were playing an exhibition game still. I do think Indy will break down as the season wears on though. They are thin of talent in the second stringers.

The first quarter and most of the second quarter it was a close match. Indy just exploded on offense that second half.

Stopping Peyton looks tougher than ever...If he keeps this up and the Colts defense stays strong, I don't know who will be able to beat them. Peyton is just too damn good.
