I saw the article Pat Forde put on espn.com. Seems like all of the Especially Stupid People Network (aka espn) are Buckeye bashers. Mark May started it a couple years ago and since then everyone but Kirk Herbstreit has followed suit.

Tressel made news again by getting caught lying. To quote an article: "...the NCAA delivered a 13-page notice of allegations to Ohio State, calling out Tressel for his failure to act “with honesty and integrity ... as required by NCAA legislation” after he learned players had received money for selling OSU memorabilia. Tressel will appear before the NCAA Committee on Infractions on Aug. 12."

Tressel is a good coach and I hate to see him in such trouble over players. A shame he lost his integrity.

I think this might be the nail in the coffin of his career in Columbus, at least if Gordon Gee is serious about the integrity of his school. Bad timing with Nebraska joining the conference this year too.

Anyone find it suspicious that the 5 game suspension to several players ends right before the Nebraska game?
