If anyone wants to read a great rendition of the whole Merlin/Arthur legacy, I suggest Mary Stewart's Merlin Trilogy (my 3rd favorite series). I can't express enough how good and engrossing it is, and fleshes out the story well.

Has anyone read The Year of Living Biblically: One Man's Humble Quest to Follow the Bible as Literally as Possible as well? It sounds HEEEEEEELARIOUS.

Looks like this would be a great documentary.

So I'm going to do something I almost never do... buy a book!

yeah, I know!

I <3 library

but they take upwards of a month to get a new release. Normally, I can wait, but I needs my fix... so off I go to buy Jim Butcher's new book, "Captain's Fury."

(already read the first four chapters from his website)

I've heard King's latest book, Duma Key, is one of his best works to date. An editorial review from Amazon stated it might be the scariest thing he's ever written and competes with his Dark Tower series.
