I totally agree with WiseCrack that it DOES NOT look busy especially compared to the current version that I always thought was way too busy. It looks smooth, entertaining and very professional. The colors look pretty good, they could be better but it looks so much nicer then the current version.

I am very happy and proud to now be known a member of this great site. In my opinion we just made giant steps forward, way more than the other site(s) especially TV.com who can now take a back seat to RAGE! It looks like some of the good things that were on the front page are missing but I assume one click will take us to wherever they moved, to allow the front page to not look overly busy as before?

My congratulations to the designers and programmers on the professionalism of our NEW Home Page! I believe our site will now be all the RAGE of the Internet (pun intended)!

that was in the beginning a topic was created where people could provide templates but nobody did, submitting now won't make a difference, the new layout is already being implemented as we speak we hope to have it done begin march, starting over is not an option.

I prefer this layout to the current scheme, but as others have said, I think those sections with black text should have either a lighter background color, or white (or a light color) text. I find the black on dark red difficult to read. As I drilled farther in, I did notice some things that don't work, but I'm going to assume that's because they're not finished yet. However, if you want me to list what I noticed, ask and I'll be glad to do so.

okay, I just got access to the beta site, and I agree that it is a cleaner layout, but the black text with the DARK red background in the Countdown to Favorite Shows is just impossible to read... the black text against the medium red is hard to read as well.

LOVE the left side panel... nice and clean, even though you're presenting the same amount of information.

Glad to see so many people are digging the new layout.

And just to clarify, the dark text on the dark red will eventually be white.

Am I the last to find out? Hmm.. my initial reaction was that I didn't like it. But probably cause I am so used to the current one. Once the eye logo is implemented, it will have more of a familiar feel to it.

Way TOO much read, IMO. I like the look of the current blogs/forums better - easier on the eyes. If you could somehow keep the current look of them, but still have the red, that would be amazing.

The new look is more modern, more curvy, and looks more.. current then the current one, which looks very outdated..

Can't wait to see the end product.
