This is a questionnaire to find out what factors decide why users post or don't post in the forums and to find ways to increase forum traffic and encourage members to post, in order to build the Rage community to its former glory.

01) How often do you find yourself posting in the forums?
A) Never
B) Less than once a month
C) A few times a month
D) A few times a week
E) Every other day
F) Multiple times a day

02) In Question 1, if you selected A, what are some reasons why you have never posted before. If you selected A-C, what would make you post more? If you selected D-F, what are reasons why you post as much as you do?

03) Do you find the forums easy to navigate? Why? If not, what are ways we could make navigation more easier for you?

04) If you post frequently on a different forum on another website but not TVRage, what makes you more willing to post on that website and not this one?

05) If you are uncomfortable with posting, what are some ways the staff members and forum regulars could make you feel more comfortable and willing to post?

06) What kind of forum topics would make you more willing to post, if you don't already? If those topics don't exist, what makes you unwilling to start them yourself?

07) On a scale of 1-10, 1 being bad and 10 being good, how would you rate your sense of community you feel on the website? If your rating is less than 7, how could this improve?

08) How often do you post in forums for TV shows, episodes, and actors?

09) How often do you post a blog?
A) TVRage has blogs? I didn't know that. / I have never posted a blog.
B) Less than once a year
C) Less than every few months
D) Less than every few weeks
E) Daily

10) What are reasons why you don't blog? How can we encourage you to blog more?

11) How often do review a show or an episode? How often do you read a review and rate it?

12) What kinds of activities would encourage you to get more involved in the Rage community?

13) Do you know what a 'Post Party' is? If so, have you participated in it? Why or why not?

14) Do you participate in 'forum games' in the Recreation forum? Why or why not? What sort of topics would encourage you to do so?

15) How long have you been a member? How many posts do you have?

16) What types of forum features would make you want to post more?

17) Are the forums easy to find from the main page? Or do you think it is difficult, especially as new users?

Other thoughts about the Community:

Thank you for taking the time to fill this questionnaire out. We appreciate the responses and will take your responses to heart. If you don't post, but for some reason venture into the forums, I would really like to hear from you.

9. B
10. I don't feel like I've got enough blog-worthy stuff to say.

12. --
13. yes
14. Occasionally, some are pretty fun.
15. Almost 5 years; 7750
16. Not sure, I already post a lot
17. For me, I don't think the forums are hard to find, mainly because I've been on the site for so long. With how the front page is currently set up, new users might find it too hard to find the links to them at first.
