A brand spankin' new game being brought to you under the Chairface label. Simply it's a game of buying and selling that any number of players may play. This game takes place over an indefinite number of "weeks" (each week lasts two days of real time)

Think of it like monopoly, but with randomized natural (and unnatural) disasters that threaten your real estate empire.

The Rules
Each player may buy/sell/trade different properties with any other player at any time. Just post your finalized decisions in the thread and I'll update everything as soon as possible.

Each player starts the game with $150,000

The Bank(that's me) will also periodically auction off properties to the highest bidder. Players may also mortgage properties to the bank or sell them off outright.

There are three different types of buildings that you may purchase

Residential
With these properties all you can really do is increase or decrease rent for the tenants but for something that costs nothing to run they're a good investment

Industrial
Factories, decide what to make and how much to sell it for.

Commercial
Restaurants, stores, whatever, decide what to make it and how much it will cost the public to partake.

Whatever strategy you take cutthroat b***h or benevolent businessman will make this game much more fun than throwing dice and passing Go.

I'll post our first map as well as everything everyone needs to know about each property in just a second. In the mean time if anyone wants to play all you have to do for now is post that you're playing and pick a Hex color to represent you. (Exceptions you may not pick 0000FF, FF0000 or 999900)
