would be nice to have the ability to add a different air date to current shows that are in different countries that may only be an episode or so behind.

for example, Lost Girl in Canada on Showcase (sundays) is only one day ahead from the Syfy airing of the same episode in the US (mondays)

i tried to add Lost Girl USA as a different show to reflect the time difference but it would not allow me.

We actually do have that ability already and checking over the guide this is also present . If you click on an individual episode and scroll down you can see the alternate airdates

sorry... that still doesn't solve my problem with the schedules. If I go to look at My Schedule or My Calendar, it gives me the tv slot that it's defaulted too.

for lost girl, it shows Canada's time and Merlin does not even show up because it has ended in the UK.

i don't care about airings in other countries, i just want to know what is on for me in my timezone and region

Sorry it wasn't clear that was the feature you were referring to. If you have set your country up on your own schedule and the alternate airdate is added into the episodes main pages, it should show up in the schedule.
