That reminds me–I'd like all Preview buttons to show all spacing as it will appear once the submission is accepted. For main and episode summaries at least, "a quote

like this" will appear as "a quote like this" when previewed. In addition to the obvious annoyance of not being able to see what the submission will actually look like, displaying the text all together can make it difficult to read the submission through for errors.

How about being able to see when members were last online at Rage, that way we can assume when someone has left their guide for dead.

I believe the mods already can see that.
There's probably no reason for the rest of us to know, except to satisfy our own curiosity and be nosy.

That had nothing to do with my idea.

No, I meant that the mods can already tell the last time someone logged on, and if it was months ago, they'd certainly remove that editor from the guide.

The other part I was just joking about.

Apparently not. The reason I mentioned it is because I worked on a guide and someone later became editor and destroyed the summaries I added. I asked a mod and found out he hasn't been around since October. I figured instead of bothering the mods to find out, we could look ourselves. Also when I add DVDs to guides with editors they need to be approved. It would be nice to know if this editor will be approving my work.

A new idea:
It would look nice if the Rage logo could be faintly superimposed into the message box.

Right now, if a person's profile has a month and day but no year entered for their birthdate, no information about the birthday is retained. It would be nice if we could simply input the month and day and have that displayed even if there is no year input. Perhaps an "Unknown" option for the year?

The ability to edit blog comments, like...maybe after 15 minutes of posting, or the same as forum comments.

When someone has already been in an episode of a show as guest star, maybe you could make it so we can just click the button to add them to the episode as what they were credited as last time.

There should be a Region 0 in the DVD section of merchandise. Some smaller dvd companies do create a region 0 dvd, but we have no space for it *poor little region 0*

Yeah I completely agree. It's kind of pointless to show the character the person has played on the show before, if you can't click it or automatically add that same name. It would also decrease the chance of spelling errors probably.

Already thought of this and made it possible with user java script ages ago (First Blog about the script - link is what you probably want to look at)... but who cares? Exactly nobody. If that was something ppl want I probably might have made it really work with firefox greasemonkey eventually, but well as I just wrote nobody really needs that. ppl even get used to things that are not userfriendly... o.0

Get linked at:

  • Fark.com - You have to be a member for over 24 hours. You can submit links to cool, interesting, weird, fun, etc. sites you find on the web. Maybe someone could try submitting TVRage. It's like Slashdot, only less...lenient on link submissions.

  • Digg.com - harder than fark, but maybe if enough Ragers joined, we could really Digg it.

  • Slashdot - Been brought up countless times. We should still try.

    etc.
