There is a guide here called the Stanley Cup. But why is there? Considering that it has 144 season most likely one for every year. Was tv.com even available 114 years ago? Also the guide would need to have every playoff game ever played. And all the games air on so many different netwroks. At different times.Probably some people use the guide to discuss games etc. But a sports forum could be created for that.

well if its a stanily cup guide, why not have it in 1 episode seasons, for as many seasons as it was televised. Maybe someone who really likes hockey can track down game recaps, etc. Players can be used for cast and crew and such as that. Its tvrage, not sports history, only do it for the cups that were televised, hence u dont do every cup

Yeah, have featured teams as players, maybe the MVP or summat as a guest star, have final scores, etc.... I see no harm in it, if the Super Bowl is on here...

But the World Series is on here. I'm pretty sure the 1903 World Series wasn't televised...

The argument here should be whether sporting events should be included at all. Because it doesn't make sense to include some and not others.

If it's indeed shown on television like the Super Bowl(almost said cool), why not? I can fix it, I just need to find where it first aired.

We're still deciding on this one. I'd say input the most recent years first and we'll worry about the ancient history later.

Add teams as "guest stars" rather than each individual player. You can add individuals like hosts/commentators and perhaps MVP's or maybe even coaches. Try to get good quotes and interesting (e.g. really important or unique to the game) stats and make sure you write up a Summary for each game covered.

I understand not having the pre-TV seasons. But it doesn't make sense to not have the Stanley Cup but to have other sports tournaments. That's my complaint!
