since i edit a japanese anime, not knowing the language, or how to make acomputer WRITE said language, is it OK to use the episode summires from the show's official website?

No, if the episode has aired, or if you hadn't asked that site's owner.
When it comes to the foreign language summaries, they prefer for only people who know the language to submit them. |

You don't have to submit them you know... Phase 5 and Phase 4 are optional. |

ah, OK gotcha. its hard enough to write tehm in english. the anime seriously sux so bad right now, that i have to find those who were actualy willing to watch the episodes to submit english summeries  (i quit watching the anime several weeks ago.) |

the anime is terrible, especialy if your a manga reader. if your just an anime person, im sure there are fans of simply that (tho after episode 48-50 theyll lose half the anime fanbase |
