Well, all 6 seasons have been released on DVD, so you might try the library if you're unwilling to pay for them.

Netflix has the first four seasons.

Unless you have a 'net-ready TV, it's not clear how you're going to use a link to watch anything on your TV. It doesn't look like they're currently viewable online from Netflix, though.

Probably the best thing to do is travel back in time to July 12, 1990 when the show premiered. You can either 1) Build a time machine, 2) Search for a wormhole, or 3) Seek out the TARDIS.

But be careful. You don't wanna end up in the time of dinosaurs. That would suck since 1) Velociraptors are friggin' scary, 2) You'd probably be lonely, and 3) Well, no Northern Exposure, which defeats the purpose of time travel.

Call up Janine Turner and ask if you can come over to her house and watch them. Since she starred in the series I'm sure she must have copies of many of the episodes. You might even get to make out with her. Yummy.
