Okay for those of you who love retro I know I do what's your favorite retro superhero cartoon. For me as usual Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. At first I was ify about including Batman Beyond but I thought what the heck it's close enough and it's considered one of the DC Comics classic shows so lets include Batman Beyond. We've got a cool list here from Batman The Animated Series to Gargoyles, and Spiderman and Extreme Dinosaurs. So what's your favorite retro superhero cartoon?

The only series I remember watching of the ones you listed when I was younger were Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Gargoyles. We didn't get cable until I was in junior high, so my viewing options were limited to whatever was syndicated...

If I go crazy then will you still call me Superman?

For some reason I think my version of retro is not the same as yours. I saw the original Spiderman and Fantastic Four cartoons from the 60s when I was a kid. I still can hear the Spidey tune in my brain. And I have the old Fleischer Superman cartoons on DVD.

Life is a tragedy for those who feel and a comedy for those who think.

Yeah... Definately. Or even the old Super Friends. Now that's retro.

I see for your take on retro is going back to the really old days, where as mine is just going back to the 1980s and early 1990s. By the way nice new avatar Me.

Definetely Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, out of all of them, they were the only ones that had an influence on me.

He's more concerned with trying to regrow all that missing hair on his head.

Also, I somehow read this thread as "Favorite Puerto Rican Superhero." Then I saw that SuperJuan was not a choice.

Alright I'll bite. Gargoyles was the best of the above. The writing and the voice acting was top notch. The only series of the above that I actually went out and purchased the dvd's for first season.

Although Batman was a close second.
