"I JUST WANT MY PANTS BACK", the new half hour MTV comedy pilot produced by Universal Cable Productions (COVERT AFFAIRS, ROYAL PAINS), began production in New York this week. "I JUST WANT MY PANTS BACK" is based on the novel of the same name by David J. Rosen, who penned the pilot. The pilot is executive produced by Doug Liman (the "Bourne" trilogy, "Mr. & Mrs. Smith," "The O.C.") who also directs, Dave Bartis ("The O.C.," "The Heist") and Gene Klein through Hypnotic, Inc. "I JUST WANT MY PANTS BACK" is about young 20-somethings who try to make a life for themselves in New York City.
