Episode Quotes
Dave Spangler: I guess the fellow that slugged me, sabotaged the generator. Sorry, Bob, afraid I blew it.
Ironside: Not your fault.
Dave Spangler: Funny our being together again in an office like this. Remember the first time, Bob?
Ironside: Captain Healey told us he was going to try us out as a team.
Dave Spangler: I guess maybe that year with you was the best year of my life. And now look at us.
Ironside: You're up for retirement soon, aren't you?
Dave Spangler: One more year then I've got a civil service job lined up.
Ironside: That and your police pension, you'll have it made.
Dave Spangler: Bob, Holloway took me off-duty, told me to go home and get some rest. I don't want to miss the action. How about if I hang around and help you?
Ironside: Be like old times.
Dave Spangler: Good.
Ironside: There's the playing field, four square miles of darkness. Now what's the object of the game? Burglary? Murder?
Mark: A lot of big fat jewelry stores in the area.
Ironside: There sure are and just about every kind of target you can think of.
Mark: Well, where do we start?
Ironside: With a pattern, soon as the reports start coming in.
Dave Spangler: I tried to get a CC unit but they are all tied up.
Ironside: We'll manage.
Dave Spangler: Bob, what if knocking something off, is not the object of the game? What if they have another target? Headquarters. Suppose there's something here they want to get.
Mark: Like one of the prisoners in the jail section.
Dave Spangler: Narcotics. The stuff they picked up in that raid is worth thousands and it's all right here.
Ironside: It is a possibility, but there's a lot more out there.
