The show follows how the beer gets from the brewery into a pub. We meet Mark Sheridan, who has to move 50,000 litres of beer, from copper boilers to fermenting vessels onto a massive maze of pipes. We also meet Simon Bradley and Chris Platt, who are the brewery's beer barons. They are faced with a crisis when the power outs. Graham Benford has to step up to the plate with four drivers off sick and 43,000 pints waiting to be delivered.
