Matt Houston: A Deadly Parlay

HOUSTON is accused of murdering a horsewoman because he's found at the scene of the crime - complete with the dead woman's body and the murder weapon.
Houston had actually gone over to see the woman because he had been asked by someone to persuade her to stay on in the United States instead of leaving for England.
Novelli is certain that Houston is not the murderer. However, Novelli has a tough time trying to figure out who had committed the crime because there were a number of people who were also trying to prevent the horsewoman from leaving the States. There were also a host of men who were out to woo her.
