After Kaworu begins to breaks through the armour plating with EVA Unit 02, a computer screen shows that the EVA has broken through the 14th armour plating. Above the large numbers, the word partition is spelled incorrectly as partintion.

Shinji's Indecisiveness
It takes Shinji one minute and five seconds to decide to end Kaworu's life. The question here remains: Has Shinji grown up throughout the series? It appears that at times he has been able to decide things for himself. Some of his decisions, however, led to failure, which only weakened his resolve. Kaworu did become a friend to Shinji when no one else was left. Kaworu's subsequent betrayal of Shinji in order to fulfill his mission as the final messenger leaves the protagonist's psyche in tatters. After he destroys the final Angel, does Shinji have any strength left in him? Will he be able to continue on?
