Paging T.R. Knight fans! The 'Grey's Anatomy' alum is returning to his television roots, thanks to landing the male lead opposite Mena Suvari in Amazon's pilot 'Hysteria.'

The drama comes from Shaun Cassidy ('Invasion') Alcon Entertainment and Universal TV. It centers on Dr. Logan Harlow (Suvari), a neurologist and psychologist at the University of Texas who travels to her hometown of Austin to investigate an epidemic (aka the "hysteria") among high school girls that may be spreading through technology -- and something tells me this "epidemic" isn't the selfie (too bad).
Knight will play Logan Harlow’s brother, Carter James Harlow, a pretty intense guy, who's been on death row since he was 19 years old and is only two months away from his execution. After attempting suicide, he gets back in contact with his sister, convincing her that the current hysteria that's consuming Austin is the same mysterious force that sent him to prison 25 years earlier. Carter tells his sister that he will help with her investigation if she promises to help him with his exoneration. That's siblings for ya.

The role is Knight's first full-time TV gig since he exited 'Grey's' back in 2009. Since then, he popped up on NBC's 'Law & Order: SVU' and had a recurring role on CBS' 'The Good Wife.'
