Cheryl Fernandez-Versini (previously Cole) has reportedly once again dropped her last name, claiming her newly married name is too difficult to pronounce. Cheryl - maiden name Tweedy rose to fame as a member of chart-topping Girls Aloud, before marrying footballer Ashley Cole and embarking on a solo career, dominating the charts this time around as Cheryl Cole. However after her marriage to the footballer broke up, she released solo album #3 'Pretty Little Raindrops' with just the name Cheryl on the cover. She told the press at this point, she would still like to be known as Cheryl Cole, as otherwise it seemed like she didn't care about her marriage to Ashley. However after her marriage last month to Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini, Cheryl has now dropped her surname altogether, claiming it was too difficult for people to pronounce.
Photos of Cheryl have featured heavily recently on fellow 'X Factor' judge Mel B's instagram account. With the 11th series of the show set to premiere this month on ITV. Mel B will feature as a permanent judge for the first time, after previously appearing as a guest judge. Cheryl and Simon are both returning to the panel after absences involving the ill-fated US version of the show.
In other news, Louis Walsh, who is the only judge to have so far appeared in every series of the show, reportedly told The Sunday People that ex-judge Tulisa would be considered by him to appear in the judges houses stage of this years show, after her drug trial collapsed recently due to serious misconduct on behalf of the key witnesses.
