Kevin Pollak is that comedian who is in every movie or show you watch, but you can’t just place where you’ve seen him- that is until you look him up on IMDB. He has a unique look that sticks in your brain after seeing him just once. TV Guide reports that Pollak is currently working on a guest role on “Law & Order: SVU.”
According to the publication, Pollak will play a judge fighting for his freedom in “Theatre Tricks.” No word on what exactly Pollak’s character did, but it’s suggested to be a memorable episode.
"Big a-- props to the crew and cast of Law & Order: SVU for making my first day of shooting super easy and nutty fun," Pollak tweeted last week from the set. Pollak may be best known as host of “Million Dollar Drop” or from “The Usual Suspects,” but he has a few lesser-known, but just as memorable roles under his belt.
Pollak plays Cupid in all three “Santa Claus” movies. Alongside the Toothfairy, Santa and the Easter Bunny he tries to keep children believing as they grow older. Remember “House Arrest,” an classic for any child of the 90s, also starred Pollak as Ned Binhoff, the dad. Freddie Prinze Jr.’s “She’s All That” also guest starred Pollak as Wayne Boggs. Most recently Pollak was also a supporting role in Kevin Smith’s “Cop Out.”
Check Pollak out on “Law & Order: SVU” on Jan. 11 at 10/9c alongside Fisher Stevens and Grant Shaud, of “Murphy Brown” fame.
