Keeping Up with the Kardashians: Oprah to Appear in August 26 Episode

And YOU get a guest appearance! And YOU!

If you're a fan of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, E!'s reality series about the ubiquitous, overprivileged family, here's some good news for you: Oprah's coming to town. The August 26th episode of the reality series will see entertainment mogul Oprah Winfrey visit the Kardashian's home, according to a press release sent out Monday. Here's what the press release said:

E!’s “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” WELCOMES OPRAH WINFREY TO THE FAMILY HOME IN THE EPISODE AIRING SUNDAY, AUGUST 26 AT 9:00PM ET/PT ONLY ON E!

Tune in to E!’s “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” on Sunday, August 26 and witness the highly charged meeting of television’s favorite family with the legendary Oprah Winfrey for “Oprah’s Next Chapter.” Starting at 9:00pm ET/PT on E!, fans get exclusive behind-the-scenes access on the day the family welcomes Oprah to their home, the questions that make them laugh and cry, and exclusive outtakes of Oprah with Kim, Khloé, Kourtney, Kris and the rest of the family.

Keeping Up with the Kardashians took last Sunday off, but the next episode, "Tales from the Kardashian Krypt," will air Sunday, August 19. That episode will see Kim and Khloe purchasing Mason a fish, while Kris decides that she wants to plan her own funeral.

I guess we should expect the show to really plow into some Nietzschian existentialism, then.

The as-yet untitled Oprah episode will air the following Sunday, August 26, on E!. Keeping Up with the Kardashians is currently in its seventh(!) season.
