Brian Griffin is about to be visited by some ghosts of girlfriends past, but instead of it being a sequel to lame Matthew McConaughey romantic comedy #5387, the reunions will all be taking place during the special Valentine's Day episode of FOX's Family Guy.
According to EW.com, it all starts when everyone's favorite talking dog (who has sexual encounters with human women) ends up dateless on good old VD. This leads Stewie to gather up all of Brian's former loves in an effort to figure out why Brian can't ever seem to have a successful relationship.
The parade of returning love interests will include Drew Barrymore (Jillian), Jessica Biel (Brooke), Nicole Sullivan (Tina), Jessica Stroup (Denise), Julie Hagerty (Carol), Kat Foster (Carolyn), Nana Visitor (Rita), and of course Cheryl Tiegs as herself. Also appearing will be Family Guy creator/star Seth MacFarlane as transgendered woman Ida Davis (formerly Dan Quagmire).
In an interesting coincidence(?), the season 24 premiere of The Simpsons will feature the return of five of Bart's exes, played by Natalie Portman, Anne Hathaway, Zooey Deschanel, Sarah Michelle Geller, and Sarah Silverman. Whether this similarity is accidental or on purpose is unknown, but one thing remains as true as ever: Simpsons already did it.
Will you tune in to see the return of Brian's past squeezes? Or does Family Guy earn a meh from you?
