Dog With a Blog to Join Disney's Line Up October 12

In an average household the dog sees everything. You feel comfortable singing in front of your dog, telling him your dark secrets, dressing in front of him- mainly because he’s a dog, he can’t talk. A fun, light-hearted new Disney series explores exactly hat it would be like if your dog could talk. “Dog With a Blog” follows a new family as two households bond over one shelter dog.

The premiere episode follows step-siblings Tyler, Avery and Chloe as they adopt a shelter dog to bond over while taking care of their new pet. The siblings quickly discover that this is no ordinary dog, their dog can talk! Ultimately the three step-siblings grow close keeping their secret from family and friends.
Dog With a Blog premieres Friday, Oct. 12 at 9:40/8:40c, but Disney fanatics can get a sneak peek at the new series with a series of online promotions. To meet the newest member of the Disney family, fans can visit SeeStanBlog starting Sept. 18 to read the latest entries from the four-legged friend. Each week there will be a new entry with exclusive photos.

A free download of the pilot episode is also available through iTunes as of Oct. 2, while it will also join the Disney Channel On Demand as of October 5.
